Summary of the role:
As the Consulting Director of Weave, you will be responsible for leading and managing consulting engagements, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the firm. You will work closely with clients, providing strategic advice, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of supply chain solutions. This position requires strong consulting skills, deep knowledge of supply chain management, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges, goals, and requirements.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and solutions to address client needs.
• Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction.

Business Development Support:

• Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, thought leadership content, and case studies.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts and collaborate with the Principal to pursue new business opportunities.

Solution Development:

• Develop innovative supply chain solutions and methodologies to address client challenges.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and apply industry best practices to develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage technology and analytics for supply chain optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service offerings.

Project Management:

• Lead and oversee consulting engagements, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets and profitability.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead high-performing project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engagement managers and consultants, fostering their professional development.
• Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing that promotes teamwork and excellence

Any other deliverables assigned.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in supply chain management consulting or a related industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing consulting engagements, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Experience in project management, including defining project scope, managing resources, and mitigating risks.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
