We are looking for Senior Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor (高級客房服務員/主管) – with details as follows :

The Job :
Job summary : perform housekeeping work + supervise 2-3 housekeepers

工作概要:客房服務+管理2-3名客房服務員

You will oversee the work of housekeepers and ensure our facilities are clean, presentable, and welcoming to our guests.

You will monitor the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests. You will assign duties accordingly while inspecting all aspects to make sure everything meets industry standards and keeps an eye on customer satisfaction.

Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.

Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services.

Manage & coordinate with cleaning service providers for Laundry Department

幫忙洗衣房的工作 (安排外判的布草)

Proven solid work experience as housekeepers in hotels / serviced apartments / hostels ....or equivalent

Supervisory level experience is highly prefer

Good communications in Mandarin

良好的國語溝通能力

Working hours : 9am-7pm

6 days off per month

Annual leave : 12 days

Statutory holiday

工作時間:上午 9 點至下午 7 點

每月休息6天

年假:12天

法定假期
