CAMPUS FACILITIES AND SUSTAINABILITY OFFICE
Senior Marketing and Engagement Officer (Green Campaign) (Ref. 240916005-IE)
[to be appointed at the substantive level of Senior Campus Sustainability Officer]
Duties
The appointee will report to the Campus Sustainability Section and be required to:
(a)formulate and manage promotion strategies for campus sustainability of the University with a goal to drive user engagement and campaign effectiveness;
(b)create engaging digital content across a wide range of green topics for social media platforms, websites, mobile Apps, e DM and other channels of the University as appropriate;
(c)produce video series and be responsible for the entire shooting processes from pre-production planning, shooting, script writing, post-production editing, copywriting, etc.;
(d)track and evaluate the content awareness by preparing related reports and data analysis;
(e)organise campus sustainability promotional campaigns and events as well as networking activities for stakeholders;
(f)keep abreast with latest technology in digital marketing and identify opportunities to enhance campaign awareness; and
(g)perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a)have a recognised degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communication or a business administration related discipline;
(b)have at least five years of relevant work experience, preferably with substantial experience in digital marketing of green / sustainability campaigns and programmes;
(c)be proficient in photography and video editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc.;
(d)be a good team player, energetic, open-minded, agile and passionate;
(e)be self-motivated and detailed minded with creative thinking skills;
(f)have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with different stakeholders; and
(g)have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in mobile Apps UI and UX enhancement.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
