Senior Marketing Associate, Content & Communications

What you’ll do:

• Support in Klook Hong Kong digital marketing and communications with paid/owned/earned perspectives
  
• Manage internal team and external partners e.g. agency, social media platform etc.. to drive execution excellence of social media marketing.
  
• Gatekeep and safeguard Klook HK social media strategy, playbook and persona
  
• In charge of the content calendar and creation on social media. Creative and idea driver of Klook social media channels e.g. instagram, facebook, threads
  
• Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape and proactively share learnings and best practices with the wider team;
  
• Develop marketing ideas and creative initiatives to increase exposure, engagement, traffics and revenue;
  
• Grow and nurture social media community
  
• Co-work with central team or other markets on driving synergy, new initiatives and exploring new tools/technology
  

What you’ll need:

• Min. 3 years experience specializing in social media marketing.
  
• Digital savvy, agile, stay ahead of social media trends.
  
• Creative, fun, outgoing personality, enjoy interaction and engagement with people
  
• Ability to create simple social media content e.g. basic knowledge of photography and photo editing skills would be a plus
  
• Resilient, performance-driven individual, able to deal with pressure and change.
  
• Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail and understanding of how e-commerce works
  
• Good organizational, presentation, administrative skills and problem solving skills, great passion in marketing related tasks
  
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Chinese;
  
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
  
• Experience in the travel or e-Commerce industry is a plus.
