Senior Network Architect

Key Responsibilities

1.Network Design and Implementation: Design, build, and manage the organization's network infrastructure, including the maintenance of LAN, WAN, network segments, and Wi Fi devices.
2.Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly monitor and maintain the network systems to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve any issues or faults arising in the network.
3.Security: Develop, implement, and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. This may include firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
4.Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of network failures.
5.Vendor Management: Coordinate with equipment and service vendors to ensure that all network-related products and services meet organizational standards and requirements.
6.Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.
7.Develop and enforce network policies and procedures.
8.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on network operation and performance for organizational leaders.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2.Experience: Proven experience in a network administrator role. Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting is essential.
3.Technical Skills: Proficiency in network architecture and infrastructure, including understanding of protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, IPsec, 802.11, etc. Familiarity with network management and analysis tools. Knowledge of network security measures and disaster recovery techniques.
4.Certifications such as CCNP, or HCIP, or equivalent are preferred.
5.Extensive knowledge of network protocols, security, and technologies.
6.Development experience with Python, SQL, Go, etc., is preferred.
7.Experience in server management (e.g., Linux Server, SQL Server, and My SQL database server).
8.Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
9.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
10.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment and to develop good relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
