Responsibilities

Running of ATM training activities including performing pseudo pilot duties, making up roster, preparing training materials and undertaking instructional duties for the training of pseudo pilots

Assist in implementing strategies and training courses conducted by the ATM department

Assist the daily operation and logistics for the First European Air Traffic Controllers Selection Test (FEAST)

Occasional duties on weekend / public holiday may be required

Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Diploma holder, bachelor’s degree is preferred

A minimum of two years’ experience in the performance of duties in an ATM training environment

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Being fluent in Putonghua would be an advantage

Familiar with the phraseologies used in the performance of pseudo pilot duties

Familiar with the airspace structure of the Hong Kong FIR

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Strong sense of responsibility and self-discipline

Able to work flexibly and independently with a high level of accuracy
