Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales and Operations teams in facilitating daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsible for fulfilling order processing requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

Prepare accurate quotations and handle day-to-day sales operations and billing issues promptly.

Participate in other projects / tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Provide assistance and support for business expansion and operations in overseas markets.

Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification (Fresh graduate is also welcomed)

At least 1 year of working experience. Experience in administrative role or the logistics / relocation industries would be an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.

Proficiency in Software application

Knowledge of OA and Saas system would be an advantage

Strong organizational and planning skills

Experienced with operation in Chinese companies would be an advantage
