Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management and execution of property management service duties
Pre-management preparations, operation set-up and property takeover/handover
Budget preparation, income and expenditure control
Review service contracts and monitor the quality of service contractors
Attend to customer’s needs and enquiries and maintain good relationship with owners/residents and Owners’ Committee/Incorporation
Ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and regulations
Ensure compliance with company standard SOPs
Ensure satisfactory performance of on-site property management, customer service, maintenance, security and cleaning staff etc.

Requirements:
Degree in Real Estate Management or related disciplines, best with relevant professional qualifications, e.g.CIHCM, MHKIH, MRICS,etc.
At least 10 years of solid experience in the property management field, of which minimum 5 years at managerial level
Well-versed with relevant ordinances and Integrated Management System (IMS) with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 45001
Experiences in pre-management preparations and handover of residential properties an advantage
Strong leadership with good interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
Positive and pro-active, service-oriented with excellent customer and problem solving skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
Hands-on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Property Manager
