Responsibilities

To handle inquiries and complaints from residents
To assist in daily operations, liaison, administration, and handling documents
Requirements

Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
PMP License Holder will be preferred
Minimum 1 year's working experience in property management in Hong Kong, preferably in site with The Incorporated Owners.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to work independently
Candidates with more solid experiences will be considered as Senior Property Officer
