Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers and provide support to ensure the functionality and accessibility of all IT infrastructure, including network devices, server, and end-user equipment
• Provide first-level IT service support, answering hotlines and fulfilling services request
• Manage all aspect of IT support services including server infrastructure and end user equipment (PC, printer, video conference, peripheral devices)
• Deploy and commission new telecom equipment such as network switch, firewall
• Manage vendors’ service quality / performance that comply with GSOP as well as Local policies and regulations
• Prepare documentations for IT process, technical document, user training document, etc
• Keep track of technological advancements and trends in IT support
• Provide onsite support at branch sites when required in non-office hour

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Services or related disciplines. Diploma graduates with relevant solid experience in IT will also be considered
• Minimum 2 years of hand-on experience in IT support, networking, and field service.
• Experience with Office365, Windows server and Linux server.
• Knowledge of networking technology such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, WLAN, Firewall
• Hands-on troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge in cloud technology is an advantage
• Experience in writing IT documentation and monitoring performance metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with IT project management and foreign vendor liaison experience
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23,000.00 - $26,000.00 per month
