Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Health / Social / Psychology / Social work / Counselling or related subject
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in related NGO or healthcare industry
• Excellent communication skill
• HKCEE/HKDSE 5 passes (incl. Eng (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above) or equivalent
• Good command in Chinese and English

Job Duties:

• Take responsibility for planning, implementing, and monitoring the "Wellness Pro-School Support Scheme" to promote emotional well-being and identify at-risk cases in schools for the prevention of student suicide
• Demonstrate strong leadership, compassionate approach, and excellent customer service skills in liaising with mental health-related partners and schools
• Provide support, guidance, and counselling to students and school personnel
• Develop a manual and coordinate training sessions for teaching staff on crisis intervention.
• Working Place: Hong Kong Island
