Job Responsibilities:
Handling Import / Export Activities; Freight Forwarding & Quotation;
Receive and respond to inquires related to shipping and receiving, provide support to internal AE teams and external services partners;
Preparing Monthly Freight Charges Reports and Assigning Transportation Charges Cost Centers;
Follow up shipments, place shipping orders and instructions to freight forwarders and couriers;
Coordinate oversea shipments arrangement with warehouses/offices in different regions (HKO, TWO, SHO and SZO) for various shipping mode (Air/Sea/Courier) and assist in checking worldwide I&E tariff, VAT, customs procedures and restrictions;
Freight quotation and negotiation, carriers/delivery method selection and comparison, coordinate deliveries and evaluate carrier performance;
Prioritize shipments frequently due to aggressive deadlines and ensure on time sending out shipping docs to customers;
Checking ERP System for shipment arrangement;
Submit Customs I&E declaration through Tradelink timely.

Job Requirements:
HKCCE / HKDSE or above
With 3-4 years freight forwarders and shipping experience
With full set of I&E docs, knowledge of Tradelink, freight forwarders handling
Good PC knowledge including MS Office, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
Knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage
Mature, agility and strong communications skills
Strong initiative, resourcefulness and project completion skills
