Positions : Shipping Supervisor / Logistics Supervisor
Salary : $20,000-$28,000/Negotiable

Requirements for the position of Shipping Supervisor (5 Days) :
Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain or related discipline
At least 3 yrs or abv experience in Trading, Shipping, Logistics Industry is an advantage
Gained experience in handling shipping documents in Mainland China and Macau is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc) and Chinese Word Processing
Fluent spoken & written in English & Chinese
Independent, Self-motivated and good team player
Stable, Presentable, Energetic, Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
Willing to travel (not frequent)

Responsibilities for the position of Shipping Supervisor :
Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records and relevant information to other parties
Support in work schedule planning and transport processes to ensure operational efficiency
Support and review the transport solutions
Ensure proper coordination between centre and other departments
Handle all-around analysis on usage, volume and trend of transport services
Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties
Manage data entry, updates and filing regularly
Handle all around ad-hoc assignments as requested
Requirements for the position of Logistics Supervisor (Shift) :
Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain or related discipline
At least 3-5 yrs relevant experience in distribution service or logistics
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
Initiative, positive and well-organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working schedule on roster and shift

Responsibilities for the position of Logistics Supervisor :
Support all around warehouse management and operation
Responsible for smooth and efficient daily operations in the warehouse
Assist in the products incoming / order picking / truck loading
Prepare all necessary documents, reports and clerical supports for DC operation
Handle daily warehouse tasks such as data entry and filing, as well as order processing
Follow up and handle other enquires
Perform any other duties as assigned
