Position : Senior Marketing Executive (Go-to-Market)

Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements for the position of (Go-to-Market) :
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines.
At least 3-5 years' relevant working experience in Telecom, Technology or Marketing, preferable in Telecom or FMCG industry.
Experience in data analytics, marketing, partnership would be an advantaged.
Analytical thinking, numerical sense, good communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel. Tableau, SAS & SQL will be advantaged.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Immediate Available is an advantage
Less experience will consider as Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :
Organize and oversee marketing campaigns & events and coordinate the logistics flow execution
Review KPI and analyze P&L data for effectiveness measurement
Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data to gain insights and inform marketing strategies
Manage retention and upsell initiatives, including customer loyalty programs and targeted campaigns
Develop go-to-market plans for new products and services to effective market entry and positioning
Implement market communication and promotion strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
Support the launch of new value-added services, coordinate logistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements for the position of (Retention) :
A Bachelor's or University Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields is required for this position
At least 2-3 yrs relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office, HTML, and website analytics tools will be necessary for your day-to-day tasks
Familiarity with Adobe In Design, Photoshop, and MS Power Point will also be beneficial
Comfort working with data and insights is crucial
Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills will contribute to your success in this role

Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:
You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that are tailored to our inbase customers.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, Mar Com, and product development, will be essential in implementing these strategies effectively.

Customer Retention:
You will design and implement retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
Working closely with China Telesales team, you will drive inbase conversion to align with our business objectives.

Media Management:
Crafting compelling content for various channels such as e DM, MMS, online platforms, and omni-channel marketing will be one of your key tasks.
You will also review campaign results effectively to gauge their success and make necessary adjustments.

Data-Driven Insights:
Analyzing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) will provide you with valuable insights.
You will translate these insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Marketing Research and Intelligence:
Conducting research to identify inbase customer preferences will help you tailor marketing strategies effectively.
Evaluating competitor presence and activities both offline and online will provide important market intelligence.
