Our client is a sizable 3PL logistics company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions :
Position : Transportation Supervisor
Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above, Knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operation is preferred
At least 2-3 yrs relevant experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, warehousing, Transportation or Distribution Companies
Preferably having distribution service or logistics experience
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
Initiative, positive and well-organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working schedule on roster and shift

Responsibilities:
Ensure safety at work by liaising for regular vehicle maintenance and enforcing proper work procedures
Supervise and execute daily delivery by routing and scheduling vehicles and delivery teams / Drivers’ activities, and coordinating with customers
Responsible for smooth and efficient daily operations in the warehouse
Assist in the products incoming / order picking / truck loading
Prepare all necessary documents, reports and clerical supports for DC operation
Handle daily warehouse tasks such as data entry and filing, as well as order processing
Follow up and handle other enquires
Perform any other duties as assigned
