Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and decisive Executive Director, Transportation to lead our organization's transportation initiatives in Hong Kong, Hong Kong. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance transportation systems and infrastructure across the region.

Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and decisive Executive Director, Transportation to lead our organization's transportation initiatives in Hong Kong, Hong Kong. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance transportation systems and infrastructure across the region.
- Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for transportation projects and initiatives
- Oversee the financial management of the transportation department, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of transportation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Collaborate with government agencies, stakeholders, and community partners to advance transportation goals
- Spearhead the development and implementation of transportation policies and regulations
- Manage large-scale transportation projects from conception to completion
- Analyze transportation data and trends to inform decision-making and policy development
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and public forums
- Ensure compliance with local and international transportation regulations and safety standards
- Drive sustainable and innovative transportation solutions to address urban mobility challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in transportation or related industries
- Proven track record of successful large-scale project management and execution
- In-depth knowledge of transportation systems, infrastructure, and urban planning
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Excellent strategic planning and policy development abilities
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building partnerships
- Superior team leadership and development skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for informed decision-making
- Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills
- Thorough understanding of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing sustainable transportation practices
- Professional certifications in transportation management (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in transportation solutions
