Job Description
We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and an appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.
We are looking for Senior Landscape Designer / Project Manager to join our prestigious Landscape team under the Urbanism + Planning business line in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage hard landscape work design independently from detailed design to construction stage;
• Carry out project administration, site inspection and supervision of hard landscape works during construction;
• Work closely with the Project Directors to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape projects;
• Help review and ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at detailed design and construction stage;
• Responsible for client liaison and communications;
• Take Design initiatives and mentor young designers in the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor or Master in Landscape Architecture or Architecture;
• Minimum 6 years relevant post-professional qualification experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and/or Mandarin, Cantonese would be a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and communicate with the professional disciplines;
• Proficiency in Auto CAD;
• Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated;
• Experience in local landscape consultancy firm would be an advantage
