Job Description
Join our team as an Assistant specializing in Payroll, where you'll play a crucial role in managing payroll operations for a diverse workforce of over 2000 employees in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Handling various components such as payroll execution, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, while addressing employee inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in staff offboarding procedures, address timesheet inquiries, and ensure operational smoothness.
• Work closely with the Human Resources team to guarantee data accuracy and seamless integration between payroll and HR systems.
• Assist with Payroll Transformation Project
• Manage any additional tasks associated with payroll operations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in payroll operation
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong numerical and detail-oriented skills.
