- Oversee and maintain smooth and efficient operations in wine zone for all Duty Zero Stores
- Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service and professional recommendation.
- Interact with customer at wine & VIP zone, explore and enhance long term relationship with customers.
- Replenish wine stock in VIP lounge in reference to trend and daily sales.
- Monitor the proper storage, aging rotation and temperature of all stock in beverage storeroom in a daily basis.
- Conduct wine marketing analysis regularly and provide recommendation.
- Provide on and off job training to sales team in all aspects of the beverage service and knowledge.
- Work closely with operations and merchandising team, provide recommendation to improve wine sales performance.
- Support daily store operations.
薪酬： $28,000.00至$35,000.00（每月）
