We are looking for a Steward Cleaner - Cafe Malacca based at JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La!

As a Steward Cleaner, we rely on you to:
Clean dishes and kitchenware

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant

Be responsible for maintenance, cleaning and sanitizing of utensils

清潔食具及廚具

保持餐廳及廚房整潔衛生

協助所有廚房設備及用具的保養維護及清潔消毒

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Industry

Knowledge in operating dishwasher would be an advantage

Good communication skills

1年相關工作經驗

懂操作洗碗機優先考慮

良好溝通技巧
