As a Stewarding Agent in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
  • General dish washing duties
  • Kitchen utensils and tableware cleaning
  • Kitchen cleaning
  • Operate dish-washing machine

Requirements
  • Willing to work independently or in groups
  • Flexible and willing to work hard
  • Willing to work shift duties

職責:
  • 負責一般清潔，包括餐廳碗碟清洗、廚具保養等
  • 正確操作洗碗機，包括開關、除垢、換水及添加化學品等
  • 安全處理化學用品，並妥善存放
  • 從洗碗機中裝卸餐具並妥善存放
