To cope with our growth, we are now looking for talents who are passionate to shape their career with us. Your career does matter to us. So we offer 2 to 3 months comprehensive training program (knowledge transfer, on-the-job training) to help you excel at your role!
Training Content include:
- Build trusted client relationships at all levels and deliver our solutions, not just communications plans.
- Formulate and drive Omni-channel Customer journey strategies to achieve business objectives that drive customer growth, enhance customer experience, and build customer loyalty
- Managing the total wealth of clients by matching our financial and investment solutions to their financial needs
- Identify business opportunities for wealth/investment management
- Develop long-term strategies and means to enlarge market presence locally.
- Formulate effective new market entries and boost company revenue under sound finance perspective and related knowledge in legal regulations and compliance
- Enhance the current business practice for better efficiency to meet desirable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably Finance/ Business or other related fields
- Sound knowledge in business development and growth strategies
- Acute Financial/business sense and strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholders management skills
- Fluent in Chinese(e.g. Cantonese for HK local market) / English
- Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holder of HKID (work at HK office)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: From $20,000.00 per month
