Training Content include:

• Build trusted client relationships at all levels and deliver our solutions, not just communications plans.
• Formulate and drive Omni-channel Customer journey strategies to achieve business objectives that drive customer growth, enhance customer experience, and build customer loyalty
• Managing the total wealth of clients by matching our financial and investment solutions to their financial needs

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities for wealth/investment management
• Develop long-term strategies and means to enlarge market presence locally.
• Formulate effective new market entries and boost company revenue under sound finance perspective and related knowledge in legal regulations and compliance
• Enhance the current business practice for better efficiency to meet desirable business outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably Finance/ Business or other related fields
• Sound knowledge in business development and growth strategies
• Acute Financial/business sense and strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholders management skills
• Fluent in Chinese(e.g. Cantonese for HK local market) / English
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holder of HKID (work at HK office)
