Core Pacific-Yamaichi is searching for a talented Structured Product Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and managing structured financial products that meet our business goals.

Responsibilities:
Market Research . Understand market trends, customer needs, and what competitors are doing.

Teamwork . Work closely with legal, compliance, risk, and sales teams to make sure our products are ready for the market.

Product Development . Take product ideas from start to finish, launch them, and keep improving them based on feedback.

Data Analysis . Track how our products are performing and use that information to make them better.

Communication . Share your product ideas and updates with everyone in the company.

Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in product management, especially with financial products

Strong understanding of structured financial products and markets

Knowledge of equity trading in different markets (Hong Kong, US, China, etc.)

Experience in using product management software and financial tools

Great analytical skills and the ability to think critically

Excellent communication and people skills
