In Hong Kong, RMG operates 9 medical centres and manages a panel of over 300 partner clinics, laboratory and radiology centres. We are now seeking high calibers to apply for the following post:

Job Responsibilities

Assist in IT and automation projects

Assist in driving and executing projects by closely liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Liaise with Headquarters and assist in establishing, implementing and enforcing Group IT polices

Liaise with Headquarters in all IT procurement

Liaise with Headquarters in maintaining the stability and troubleshooting for in-house hardware/software, system operations and network infrastructure

Monitor daily IT operations ensure smooth operations and security

Assist in maintaining the organization’s hardware and software includes ensuring all software is up-to-date, and hardware is running efficiently

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements

Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other IT-related disciplines

Solid experience in system design, project management and vendor management is preferred

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience

Knowledge in ITIL, ITSM & SAP is preferred

Demonstrate ability to work independently with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Able to work under tight timelines

Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese

Immediate available preferred

Proficient or certification in one or more of the following areas is preferred

Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating System

Microsoft Office m365

Microsoft Certified System Engineer

Cisco Certified Network Engineer

Microsoft SQL Server Database

Storage Area Network (SAN) / Network Attached Storage (NAS) technology

Wide Area Network technology (e.g. MPLS, SD-WAN, Megapop, etc)
