Job Responsibility

Perform and handle all payroll functions including but not limited to monthly payroll, final payment, MPF administration, tax filing and leave calculation

Monitor vendor in progress of renewal of C&B exercises, medical plan and insurance renewals etc.

Monitor and manage all payroll activities to produce accurate and timely delivery of payroll services

Assist DH to monitor existing policies and procedures, drive process improvement to ensure best-practice operation

Assist in preparing various analysis, annual & budgeting reports for management revie

協助上級審視現有的政策和程式,推動流程改進,確保最佳實踐操作。

協助準備各種分析報告和年度/預算報告,供管理層審閱。

Job Requirement

Proficiency in MS Excel, strong knowledge and experience in using People Soft system is required;

Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, relevant law and • regulations. Strong numerical sense and good analytical skills;

Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua

熟練掌握MS Excel,熟悉People Soft系統,並具有相關使用經驗;

熟悉香港《雇傭條例》及相關法律、法規。具備較強的數字概念和良好的分析能力;

工商管理或人力資源管理或相關專業學士學位持有者;

具備良好的英語和中文(普通話)口語及書面表達能力。
