Responsibilities:
Identify and implement tax planning initiatives for the Group, covering income tax, turnover tax and transfer pricing policies
Manage tax compliance works, including corporate income tax filings in Hong Kong and matters involving cross-border remittance and overseas capital gains tax filing
Work with local teams to oversee income tax, turnover tax and other tax filings to minimize the occurrence of tax controversies
Manage and prepare transfer pricing documentations for the Group and the relevant entities, including local files, master file, Country-by-Country Reporting and Pillar Two Model Rules
Manage tax disputes or enquiries from tax authorities and monitor the process to reduce overall tax risks
Provide tax advisory support to project teams on M&A deals, organizational restructuring and funding arrangements
Work closely with local teams and tax advisors to handle the Group’s tax advisory and ad-hoc tax matters

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Member of recognized professional accounting or tax bodies such as HKICPA, TIHK, ACCA, etc.
At least 6 years of relevant tax experience gained from sizable accounting firms and sizable corporate tax environment.
Understanding of various tax laws in different countries especially Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges
Proven capability to engage team-members and create collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive results
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (traditional/simplified, Mandarin/Cantonese)
