Responsibilities:
Supervising in-house technicians and contractors for routine repair and preventive maintenance work related to builder’s and P&D’s works across Harbour City complex

Preparing quotations and tender documents

Preparing and certifying contractors’ payment application

Ordering repair material and maintaining inventory movement records

Carrying out daily inspection of building facilities to ensure works are compiled with Company’s standards

Carrying out ad hoc work as instructed

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Building Studies / Building Surveying / Building Services Engineering or equivalent

At least 3 years of solid experience in handling repair and maintenance work

Experience in property management companies / shopping mall environment related to the premises improvement projects and / or building maintenance projects would be an advantage

Self-motivator, able to work independently

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate

Candidate with less qualification and/or experience may be considered as Assistant Technical Officer (Property) / Assistant Building Services Engineer
