Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in cultivating strong relationships with customers.
• Translate documents from Thai to Chinese and English.
• Oversee daily operations, including the flow of import/export shipping documentation.
• Prepare reports and provide clerical and administrative assistance.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Native Thai speaker or hold a CUTFL certification with a Superior grade or higher.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent service skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
