Our client, a well-established Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their Group:

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with consumer branches to identify and address customer financial needs, promoting the Bank’s FX-related services.
Share timely market insights and information with sales teams and customers at consumer branches.
Execute orders, including voice recording and document preparation for treasury products and other investments such as Bonds, ELI/ELN.
Serve as the primary contact for all branch inquiries related to FX products.
Identify new business opportunities and re-engage customers through outbound calls and sales meetings.
Drive FX-related sales activities to meet individual and team targets.
Ensure all daily sales activities comply with the Bank’s standards.

Qualifications
University degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in treasury products and FX.
Holder of HKSI qualification or equivalent.
ECF qualification is preferred.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements for wealth management business.
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
