• Collaborate with Senior Manager of Global Procurement team to build long and short terms trim sourcing strategy for Kontoor Brands under the business units factoring in footprint movements, supply models, lead time, brand and sourcing needs.
• Build trim library and data base with clear details.
• Establish annual trim cost savings target, drive initiatives, track progress, and report savings.
• Monitor trim material price trend movement and always seek opportunities for trim cost saving.
• Work cross-functionally in selection of global and local suppliers and materials that support material and manufacturing strategies and Product Development objectives.
• Collaborate and support material innovation/ sustainability/ capabilities through supplier research and partnership in collaboration with NA/ EU/ AP Brand Development and Innovation Teams.
• Partner with functional leaders on topics such as RSL, Compliance, Material sourcing policy, to drive Kontoor standards and requirements are met within the material supply requirement.
• Lead the trim team by motivating and developing them per Kontoor people management philosophy and establishing proper succession planning.
• Geographic Scope: Global Direct reports/ Dotted Line (If any) -1 Senior Merchandiser & 1 Merchandiser
• Business Scope: Trim development and preproduction activities promptly and effectively, in accordance with deadlines set up by the business.

• At least 10 years of relevant work experiences with proficient trim knowledge
• Experienced in Data Analysis and formulating action plans
• Strong collaboration skill with a multi-parties
• Goal oriented, good multi-tasking skill and time management
• High adaptability and being proactive and positive to changes
• Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing
• Strong PC Skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Smartsheet

• Frequency of Travel: Trim suppliers visit or virtual visit
