They are committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement, and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Operations to join their team in Shenzhen.
Position Overview:
The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. This strategic leadership role requires a results-oriented individual with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in operations management within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and drive growth.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth production processes, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and sales, to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet operational targets.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to support operational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving performance targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in operational management software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
