Responsibilities
· Provide attentive food & beverage service such as seating arrangement, menu introduction & order taking
· Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant
· Understand members’ needs efficiently and meet their satisfaction
· Handle member enquiries appropriately
Requirements
· Secondary education or Diploma in Food & Beverage or related discipline
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, exposure in club or hotel industry will be advantageous
· A good team player with pleasant and outgoing personality
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
· Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
· Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
· Fresh graduates will also be considered
