Job Duties:

• To assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including roster, training, daily administration etc.
• To monitor and manage the receptionists, waiters and supervisory staff during service.
• To assist with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests.
• To execute & follow up food / beverage / general requisitions / transfer forms in sections involved.
• To provide the guest services and handle guests’ complaints / suggestion with professional manner.
• To ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant in a high hygiene standard.
• To ensure the personal hygiene, grooming and image of all restaurant staff under company's regulation.
• To prepare the required periodical reports.
• Shift duties

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in western / Middle Eastern restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Diploma or above in food and beverage / hospitality management.
• Strong management skill with positive mind-set.
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in POS and computer knowledge.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
