- To assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including roster, training, daily administration etc.
- To monitor and manage the receptionists, waiters and supervisory staff during service.
- To assist with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests.
- To execute & follow up food / beverage / general requisitions / transfer forms in sections involved.
- To provide the guest services and handle guests’ complaints / suggestion with professional manner.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant in a high hygiene standard.
- To ensure the personal hygiene, grooming and image of all restaurant staff under company's regulation.
- To prepare the required periodical reports.
- Shift duties
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in western / Middle Eastern restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Diploma or above in food and beverage / hospitality management.
- Strong management skill with positive mind-set.
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficient in POS and computer knowledge.
- Immediate available is preferred.
Pay: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
