The group owns two MICHELIN starred restaurants: Arbor (Two Stars) combines seasonal Japanese produce and refined Nordic sensibilities to create innovative Nordic-Japanese cuisine, while ÉPURE (One Star) channels seasonal ingredients from France into elegant, contemporary French cuisine. 協助維持店舖日常運作
於 DALLOYAU 餐廳為顧客提供優質餐飲服務
