DALLOYAU Café Manager (French Bistro) (R0809-CM-D)
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of two cafes (DALLOYAU Pacific Place in Admiralty & DALLOYAU Entertainment Building in Central)
  • Monitor the sales performance
  • Coordinate and participate in events and outside catering services
  • Recruit, coach and develop the dining & retail team
  • Provide training to the dining & retail team to provide superior service to the guests
  • Ensure that all dining & retail staff are informed of the company’s policies, procedures and are knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items & retail products
  • Maintain and develop positive rapport between guests
Working Locations:
  • Entertainment Building, Central
  • Pacific Place, Admiralty
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Food & Beverage, Hospitality or a related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience with 4 years at supervisory level, preferably from high-end cafés or cake shops or luxury hotels
  • Experience in managing outside catering services and events is a MUST
  • Presentable, self-motivated, result-driven and customer-oriented
  • Passionate in French pastry and food culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, people management skills and problem solving skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Cafe Manager
