We are looking for an organized, flexible, and proactive Administration and HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude, be willing to take on a variety of tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with applicants.
- Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have all necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Administrative Support: Manage general administrative tasks such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies and records.
- HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records and assist with the preparation of HR documentation, such as contracts and performance reviews.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees with HR-related questions or concerns.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Policy Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HR and administrative systems.
- Flexibility: Be willing to step in and assist with various tasks beyond the core responsibilities as needed, with a positive and adaptable mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administration is required. Experience in an HR role is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to support various tasks.
- A team player who embraces a “no task is too small” mentality.
- Competitive salary - HUF 380K to HUF 450K per month
