The Role
AMS in collaboration with Morgan Stanley is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator who is going to collaborate with the onsite Graduate Recruiters to provide efficient and flexible recruitment support.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will act as main point of contact for all candidates focusing on candidate management and queries; you will be a powerhouse behind interview and assessment centre logistics and facilitation. Your input would be key to ensuring a smooth running of campus recruitment related programmes and initiatives!
Morgan Stanley is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.
This is a hybrid work model which means you are required to work from the client's office 3 days a week in Budapest, therefore you must be able to travel to the office location to meet this demand.
Key Accountabilities
Operational Excellence- Scheduling of screening, (including CV batching), interviews and assessment centres in collaboration with Graduate Recruiter and inviting and confirming candidates using the ATS candidate database
- Candidate management and queries throughout the process in collaboration with Graduate Recruiter to ensure a smooth and responsive service at every stage
- Preparing all necessary interview and assessment paperwork and ensuring this is provided to managers ahead of scheduled assessment
- Working with Graduate Recruiter to follow up with Hiring Managers to ensure that all interview / assessment notes are collected and collated, explaining the importance of the collection of this documentation as required
- Collating assessment and interview notes to the candidate records as required by Graduate Recruiter and in line with GDPR rules
- Professional and timely candidate feedback following interview and assessment centres
- Produce ad-hoc reporting as and when requested
- Attend events on and off campus on behalf of Morgan Stanley as required
- Provide a high level of candidate care and frequency of appropriate communication in line with client guidelines
- Build a good understanding of client’s business and skills required by candidates to succeed within it
- Build collaborative relationships with recruitment team and manage issues, escalating as required
- Obtain feedback from hiring managers/ candidates on how service can be improved
- Understands AMS people are a key market differentiator and is genuinely committed to aligning team behaviour to the AMS values
- Support the rest of the team on an ongoing basis to achieve targets and goals
- Provide administrative support in other areas and work on ad hoc client projects as required
- Escalate any issues to the Manager in relation to issues with the supply of recruitment services
- Add value to your business area through awareness and understanding of campus events, university relationships, recruitment skills, trends and graduate market knowledge
- Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and SLAs
Skills & Experience
What do I need to succeed in this role?- Relevant experience as a recruitment coordinator in the early careers and campus division within a corporate environment.
- A good understanding of the early careers and campus recruitment landscape.
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle working in a fast-paced environment yet maintaining a high level of detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time constraints.
- Demonstrated client service focus.
- High-level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to develop relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and senior professionals internally and externally.
