Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for:
- Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role within a dynamic environment.
- Language skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Skills: Highly organized, with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work under time constraints.
- Communication: Excellent customer service orientation, professional behavior, and strong communication skills.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with financial systems (BI experience preferred) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Qualifications: Recognized accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar are a plus.
- An exciting role: Be the primary contact for management on financial matters. Support strategic decisions through detailed financial projections and simulations for ad-hoc projects.
- Innovative projects: Lead revenue and expense reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate forecasting and budgeting, and drive efficiency across financial operations.
- A collaborative environment: Work closely with the Accounting Department on monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Act as the liaison between business and accounting teams.
