Roles and responsibilities
- Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with Club Card, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issue
- Taking ownership of the issue
- Escalating contacts efficiently
You will be great in this role if you have:
- Graduate/ high school education
- Upper-intermediate English knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
