We are inviting you to join Howden, a Chart Industries Company and become a trusted and valued member of our Data-Driven Advantage team, which is based in our Budapest Shared Service Centre and around the world. As a part of this vital team, you will have the opportunity to support numerous exciting projects in addition to your day-to-day tasks and engage in exciting and challenging work that will help you develop your skills and expertise. In this role, you will support the build of real time continuous monitoring service for Chart/Howden equipment and you will use of advanced data analysis tools and procedures to derive value from large volumes of data generated by the uptime connected assets. In addition, you will also design, develop, test and deploy data driven services for customers as well as explore and organise databases and customer operational data sets.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday. We offer hybrid working for this role which will allow you to enjoy the balance of home working and collaboration time with the team in our modern, friendly offices.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Combining operational data streams and transforming & visualising them to yield consistent, comprehensive, current and correct information on the asset health
  
• Realisation of the digital solutions product roadmap, linking in expert data analytics with platform features – build where those features do not exist today
  
• Data parsing and cleansing, extracting data relevant to the asset operation and benchmark against known, theoretical data sets – automate “baseline” features
  
• Decomposing functional requirements and deliver software / hardware solutions
  
• Leading and coordinating development efforts, individually or as part of a team with internal or external resources
  

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• Experience in the field of IIOT, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and related technologies
  
• Proficient in visualising large volumes of data and linking insights from data to customer value
  
• Strong Python coding skills for analysis and visualisation
  
• Experience in developing customer-oriented solutions to complex engineering problems
  
• Ability to define technical requirements for scalable architecture and design
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Good communication skills & training skills
  
• Self-starter
  
• Fluent in English
  
• MSc/BSc in Engineering or in IT / Computer Sciences and affinity with or working experience in a mechanical engineering environment
