The Innovation Specialist role is part of the GBS Process Innovation & Excellence (PI&E) team, and is responsible for designing, improving and optimizing E2E processes via innovation & automation solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area (e.g. Economics, Finance, IT)
• 3-5 years of experience in the area of Automation
• Proven experience with development of automation solutions
• Experience with required technologies (RPA, VBA, Low Code, Celonis)
• Proven experience with continuous improvement
• Proven experience with working in a Microsoft environment (Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, preferably Power Automate)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (other languages are a plus)
• Education or certificates in the following are considered a plus:
• Continuous Improvement / LEAN
  
• Automation capability (RPA, MS Power Platform, Python, SQL)
  
• Process mining (Celonis)

Home office opportunity (3-4 days/week)

• Execute according to innovation strategy roadmap
• Development and implementation of new automation solutions/reports for GBSoperational processes to enable better GBS/Business Unit performance
• Understand End-to-End business processes and translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions.
• Provide consultancy on projects, evaluates automation opportunities, propose optimal technical solution.
• Liaises with ICT regarding technical specifications of changes, assesses impact for the Innovation team owned tools, manages updates
• Identify process (and system) optimization opportunities by analyzing the company's processes
• Support senior Innovation Specialist to provide consultation on industry best practices for innovation solutions
• Provide solid innovation/ automation solutions to support and on optimize E2E process execution of the operational teams
• Design, build and maintain automation solutions (e.g. RPA, Low Code, VBA, Power Automate)
• Lead innovation projects and ensure these are delivered in Budget on Time and with required Quality.
• Safeguard policies and governance and working according to GBS improvement methodology
• Manages Innovation Community activities, initiatives across the Shared Services
• Does maintenance and fixes issues of delivered tools/solutions.
• Performs ICF controls if applicable for the Innovation Team owned tools.
