- Analyze current and past financial data, and based on these create or maintain existing international business line reports, Power BI dashboards and provide proposals to ensure acting on its results.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities for the Group and international OTP subsidiary banks, and engage with local teams and executives to establish tangible strategies.
- Create, maintain and/or enhance tools and materials that support Group-level sales growth.
- Provide training to international colleagues in areas that are relevant to the Department.
- Work together with several HQ-level stakeholders to boost Corporate business performance.
- Travel to OTP international subsidiaries to support strategy implementation and steering.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics or International Business
- Strong, active English language skills – B2 level, minimum
- Analytical and data-driven way of thinking, analytical ability
- Knowledge of SQL or equivalent relationship database language
- Excellent knowledge of data visualization softwares (Power BI, Tableu, Think-cell)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel, PPT)
- Previous experience in a multinational environment (in Hungary or abroad)
- Experience working on international projects
- Business analyst or developer experience (2-3 years)
- Knowledge of regional Corporate banking market, players
