OTP Bank was the first credit institution in Hungary to introduce the agile organizational model, in which Tribes, Squads and Chapters replaced the former board of directors, in order to achieve shorter development period/time and greater employee satisfaction. In such a dynamically developing organizational unit, we are looking for Senior System Analyst, who will join our IT BA chapter.

Duties:
- Working in teams to create good quality, effective business applications
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements in systems design
- Determines operational objectives, evaluating output requirements and formats
- Designs new solutions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improves systems by analyzing current practices, designing modifications
- Recommends controls by identifying problems; improve procedures
- Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation low level product view
- Contribute to creating test cases for the developments
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by following trends and innovations, technical perspective
- Based on stakeholder requirements, creation of application and component level specifications
- Makes reviews and assures the quality of documentations
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise open-source technologies
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of enterprise software and software development practice especially in Bank sector in Payments, Core systems, Pricing Engines
- Strong command of English: both verbal and written
- Proven Office software and Atlassian skills
- Ability and skill to create clear and accurate flow charts
- UML, Draw.io or Visio knowledge, REST API, Queue management, interface specification experience
- Agile experience
