About this opportunity

What you will do

• The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that GSS Storage service, is delivered as expected to stakeholders and users, according to SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle internal/external customer & stakeholder engagement.
• Manage OA and SLA (Operational Agreement, Service Level Agreements).
• Manage and support Operations.
• The Delivery Manager acts as an escalation point for stakeholders for issues with Services/Solutions/Products.
• Manage and support incident handling and troubleshooting activities.
• Financial follow-up considering time, quality and cost.
• Vendor management.
• Line Manager responsibilities include mentoring and developing staff capabilities.
• Leading change, including the evolution of Dev Ops or equivalent experience in the NWS organization.

You will bring

• A University degree in ICT or a related technical field of knowledge.
• High-level understanding of various storage technologies, storage management software, and tools, such as DELL Storage, Net App, Pure, HP, and others commonly used in the industry.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
• People leadership experiences include being a team leader and/or scrum master.
• Experience in working with quality metrics of own work and the work of others is a merit.
• Good ability to explain information to others.
