Acting as the first point of contact for client’s employees and guests/visitors and business partners.

Job description:

• Support FM with the day-to-day operations and management of facility services for the Hungarian Budapest-M site
• Update & manage internal Facilities request system daily to make sure all Tickets/Work order requests are dealt with in a timely manner
• Identifying and documenting internal policies and procedures, providing clear communication to employees
• Assist Handyman and onsite Couriers when needed
• Carrying out other ad-hoc duties relevant to this role
• Building access cards management support
• Payment documents coordination: invoice receipt, Client’s invoices register in Shared Database, invoices processing for payment, invoices timely payment control
• Coordinating onsite cleaning staff
• Managing in and outgoing postage/courier mails and packages
• Handle incoming calls
• Welcoming client’s employees and guests/visitors and business partners

Knowledge

• Experience in similar role in an international company is strongly preferable
• Very good knowledge of written and speaking English is a must
• Competent user of Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Pivot, Power Point, Share Point, Outlook, One Drive, Planner)
