Job Description
Join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team and support large-scale projects adhering to PMI and T-Systems project management standards. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Collaborate with the team to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, mediating demands, expectations, and issues.
- Monitor project progress, analyze processes, and produce regular status reports.
- Manage and support daily project team activities, including facilitating telephone conferences, international meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Handle project administration tasks, including creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, templates, and reports.
- Lead smaller projects or smaller parts of more complex projects.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in project administration.
- College/University degree.
- Advanced fluency in German (B1/B2) and English (B2/C1).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in international teams.
- Experience in IT projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SVN, ITIL Foundation, basic data analytics, O365, MS Project, and Visio.
