Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Manager to join our agile team. This role involves managing the planning, operation, and administration of our application landscape, ensuring compliance, and supporting cloud environments. The position requires strong German and English skills, as well as familiarity with Windows and Unix systems on traditional and cloud platforms. Training opportunities will be provided.
Main Tasks:

• Be part of a team, which plans, builds, operates, and manages the application system landscape per project specifications.
• Handle service provider management, budget control, and compliance requirements.
• Be contact in privacy and security related topics, supporting privacy and security compliance with the team.
• Provide organizational support for cloud platforms and collaborate with other support teams as needed.
• Oversee authentication services for robots, human users, and processes across multiple applications.
• Keeping all documentation up to date in the different tools to manage operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows environment and cloud platforms.
• German & English skills.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a complex environment.
• Willingness to learn, with training provided via the HUB or team resources.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Scrum methods
• Understanding of the relevant business processes (security, compliance, operations, support, INM, CHM, PRM)

Advantage:

• Knowledge of Cyber Ark and identity/access management is a plus, but not required.
