Supporting the daily operation of the Reservation Department
Handling general administrative duties
Registering individual and group bookings
Responding to incoming emails and phone inquiries
Recognizing potential upselling, business opportunities
Maintaining continuous contact with other departments

The Ideal Candidate:
Relevant work experience in Hotel Reservations is considered as advantage
College/university degree in relevant field is considered as advantage
Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages
Digital proficiency is a must; Opera PMS System knowledge is considered as advantage
