Join Our Team as a System Administrator!
We're seeking a talented System Administrator to join our team and drive excellence in
system administration across our offices.

About the Role:
The System Administrator is responsible for managing and securing the office IT environment, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of office systems. This role involves overseeing the rollout of IT endpoints, managing identity and access, and providing technical support to users. The System Administrator will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain and enhance the office’s cyber security posture, manage hardware and software resources, and ensure the seamless operation of IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware, vendor, and software management:
  • Supporting internal users with hardware and software issues on office equipment, including coordinating with vendors for hardware support and procurement
  • Maintain and develop relevant how-to documentation pertaining to internal user tools
  • Maintain a comprehensive audit of office IT equipment, ensuring all information is documented and up to date
  • Prepare hardware for new employees, ensuring all devices are configured according to company standards
  • Plan and execute system upgrades
• Account/digital identity management
  • Manage user accounts by creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts and adjusting access permissions
• Owning domain-relevant operational implementation of - and adherence to - Flexion’s security and information management policies and
• Monitor office network performance, recommending upgrades or expansions
• Support remote systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator
• Experience with user account management
• Proficiency in managing IT hardware and software, including procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with system upgrades, software patches, and firmware updates
• Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and networking technologies
• Experience with remote system support and network performance monitoring
• Familiarity with productivity software suites and license management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or
emergencies.
