System Engineer

We're seeking a talented System Engineer to join our team and drive excellence in
system administration across our offices.
About the Role:
As a System Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in sourcing, maintaining, and
fortifying our organization's computer systems. From hardware provisioning to
network security, you'll ensure our systems operate seamlessly, troubleshooting
issues and implementing solutions to enhance performance and security. With your
meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, you'll be a vital asset in our
quest for technological excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware provisioning and support
- Account/digital identity management
- Support for SRE/Platform Engineering activities
- System maintenance
- Security management
- Information management
- Troubleshooting and recovery
- System upgrades and documentation
- User support and incident management
- Capacity planning and vendor management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a System Administrator
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and networking technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions:
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for system maintenance or
emergencies.

functionality, such as gifting, in-app billing and several other solutions, primarily to drive
revenue and user engagement.
